While Robert is fighting the police, Mack (Lawrence Robb) is going through hell on earth.

While the whole village thinks Mack is “missing”, in reality he is locked in a damp basement right next to his house by John.

The desperate bangs on the iron door only echo in vain, no one hears.

With each passing second, Mack’s breathing becomes more and more fragile.

The most bitter thing: only Aaron (Danny Miller) knows the truth about Mack’s detention. But Aaron is lying unconscious in the hospital, in an artificial coma after the previous incident. The only person who can warn everyone is now lying helplessly on the hospital bed, making the audience suffocate with each heartbeat of the character.

The contrast is clearly portrayed by Emmerdale: Mack struggles in the dark, Aaron is silent in the hospital, and John calmly creates a new scenario to cover up the crime. The question haunts viewers: Who will find Mack before it’s too late? And will Aaron wake up in time to save his friend, or will he forever carry the secret with him in his coma?
