Coronation Street Spoiler: Bloody Christmas Night – Victim’s Identity Shocks Weatherfield
Just before everyone was about to sit down for Christmas dinner, Coronation Street delivered the biggest twist of the year: a character was brutally attacked in the middle of the street.
In the ITVX preview, the scene was depicted only by screams, shattering glass, and a red hat rolling in the snow.
The victim was later identified as Kevin Webster, who had just discovered his ex-wife Abi’s affair with Carl.
The attack left him in critical condition, and the suspect turned out to be an old acquaintance of Abi’s who had been imprisoned for domestic violence.

The entire neighborhood was thrown into panic.
Initial clues suggested this might be part of a chain revenge plot, not just targeting Kevin. In the final scene, Lisa Swain walks into the scene, sees a long trail of blood in the snow, and murmurs, “None of us are safe anymore.”

Rumors suggest this is just the beginning of a series of “Reckoning Week” episodes in early 2026, where each character will be drawn into a whirlwind of violence, deception, and revenge. Corrie fans are jokingly saying, “Christmas in Weatherfield is never peaceful – and we’re addicted to it!”
