After a series of rumors and teasers, Corriedale – the crossover episode between Emmerdale and Coronation Street – has been officially confirmed as one of the deadliest events in ITV soaps history.

According to behind-the-scenes information, at least two characters will die, and one of them is rumored to be either Joe Tate or Kim Tate, two of the most powerful figures in Dales.

It all begins with a horrific multi-car accident on Hotten Road, when Becky (from Coronation Street) is driving out of control with Lisa and Betsy in the car, suddenly crashing into the road the Emmerdale characters are traveling on.
