Drama never stops at Coronation Street and this week, viewers will witness a series of tense episodes where characters who seemed to be out of the storm are in the eye of the storm.

Asha suddenly confronts Naomi – the person who hurt her, Bernie fiercely exposes her, while Evelyn quietly gives up her dream of studying and Jenny is overcome with personal sadness when her love life does not go as planned.

After much persuasion, Bernie finally convinces Asha to come out of her shell.

The young girl agrees to attend a career fair with Ryan at the hotel.

Bernie, witnessing the scene, could not stand still. Determined to protect her daughter, she secretly took Naomi’s computer. When the event took place, Naomi confidently stepped onto the stage, but in the blink of an eye, the presentation slide turned into a “direct accusation”. The entire audience was stunned when Bernie publicly exposed Naomi, revealing the truth that Naomi had taken advantage of and insulted a young female paramedic, and a person of color.

The scene was chaotic, Ryan immediately stopped the event, Nina and Amy quickly recorded the whole thing on their phones. Asha stood there, not knowing whether to be grateful or resentful. Because even though Naomi was exposed, she was dragged back to the nightmare of her youth that she only wanted to forget.

Naomi was furious, stormed straight into Dev’s house, screaming and threatening to sue Bernie for defamation. The audience will surely be anxiously watching to see whether Bernie has enough legal evidence to protect himself and his daughter, or whether this rash action will push Asha’s family into a new spiral of trouble.
