In tonight’s episode of Emmerdale, John Sugden faces a life-or-death moment.

As news spreads that Aaron Dingle is about to wake up from his coma, John is left in a daze.

He knows that if Aaron opens his eyes and tells the truth, all his long-buried secrets will be exposed.

Meanwhile, Victoria appears at the hospital.
