Drama is never lacking in Emmerdale, and next week promises to make the audience “suffocate” when an emotional secret is exposed, pushing all three characters Charity (Emma Atkins), Mackenzie (Lawrence Robb) and Moira (Natalie J Robb) into a spiral of pain.

It all started when Charity accidentally overheard a conversation between Mackenzie and a mysterious woman in the pub.

Although there was no confirmation that Mackenzie and Moira had a relationship beyond blood, the fact that the two of them were hiding their private secrets behind the whole family made things serious.

Moira, who was once a strong pillar of the Dingle family, was now dragged into a scandal that caused her reputation to plummet. When Charity confronted her directly, Moira burst into tears, admitting that she had kept a secret about Mackenzie for many years – a secret that could have brought down the entire family if it were revealed.

Finally, Mackenzie could no longer hide. In a tense confrontation, he confessed to Charity that his past was not only shady but also involved a family crime.
