Drama in Emmerdale continues to be pushed to a climax when many storylines explode at the same time.

In particular, the love between Charity Dingle (Emma Atkins) and Ross Barton (Michael Parr) is on the brink of breaking up because of the DNA test obsession.

The truth about the father of Charity’s unborn child will be revealed after 10 days of tense waiting.

Will their feelings be strong enough to overcome this challenge, or will the result be the knife that ends an already cracked relationship?

At the same time, Caleb Milligan (William Ash) continues to fall into suspicion when Ruby Fox-Milligan (Beth Cordingly) catches her husband sneaking out of the house. The more Caleb hides, the angrier Jai Sharma (Chris Bisson) becomes because of the abnormalities at the depot. Is the secret that Caleb is hiding related to a larger conspiracy? The climax comes on Friday, September 26, when Vinny Dingle (Bradley Johnson) is plunged into the biggest crisis of his life. Gabby Thomas (Rosie Bentham) confesses that she has been cheating on him – a shock enough to leave Vinny reeling. At the same time, Vinny must make a life-or-death choice: report Mike to end the blackmail ring, or keep quiet to protect his relationship with Gabby. The tragedy is made more dramatic when Gabby still tries to cling to a future with Vinny by saying that he will adopt Thomas. However, loyalty, love and the cruel truth are pushing both of them to a dead end.
