Coronation Street Spoiler: Abi bursts into tears as she says goodbye – Kevin collapses, Carl enters a dangerous game

After returning from the hospital, Kevin excitedly paints a beautiful vision: early retirement, spending the rest of his life with Abi repairing old cars – his passion.

He believes this will be the journey to close the stormy days.

But Abi can no longer bear it.

In a moment of repression, she bursts into tears and confesses: “I want to end… our marriage is over.”

The words fall like a cold knife, cutting off Kevin’s newly ignited hope. The man who just escaped the death penalty now faces another sentence – the betrayal of his beloved wife.

Abi finds Carl (Jonathan Howard) – Kevin’s younger brother – and falls into his arms. In Abi’s imagination, it is a new future: leaving the past behind, building another family. But Carl’s eyes do not contain joy. He appears forced, reluctant and calculating. This detail raises suspicions: did Carl never really love Abi, but was just caught up in the forbidden cycle?

Kevin, in pain, goes to Tyrone Dobbs (Alan Halsall) to confide. But his sadness quickly turns to anger. He asserts: “It was Carl who destroyed my family.” And that is the beginning of a war between the two siblings, with Abi unwittingly becoming the spark.
