Next week on Coronation Street, viewers will see Brody Michaelis and Dylan Wilson take part in their first ever carjacking spree, orchestrated by Carl Webster.

Carl, who is struggling with debt and pressure from Tracy Barlow, decides to recruit the two teenagers as his “right-hand men” in his illegal scheme.

Brody and Dylan, despite their young age, are unaware of the dangers of what they are doing, leading to some daring stunts on the streets of Weatherfield.

In one shocking scene, Betsy Swain, who is busy texting and making phone calls, is caught completely off guard when a car speeds towards her.

Brody is driving, Dylan is sitting next to him, both still arguing and joking like normal teenagers. Betsy only has time to scream as the car speeds past her, creating a dramatic climax. The incident not only left her in a state of panic, but also sent Betsy’s mother, Lisa Swain, into a state of panic, fearing for her daughter’s safety.

Ryan Mulvey, who plays Brody, added that while Brody remained calm and thought they had to carry on as normal to avoid being discovered, Dylan was panicking and extremely stressed. The contrast in the reactions of these two characters creates a layer of tension, making viewers both nervous and curious about what the next consequences will be. This will certainly be a dramatic start to a series of dangerous events on Coronation Street.
