The episode opens with a romantic atmosphere, where Carla Connor and Lisa Swain – Weatherfield’s most beloved couple – secretly plan to propose to each other.

Lisa decides to put on her police uniform, drive her patrol car to the front door of the factory where Carla works.

To everyone’s surprise, she takes out the ring, gets down on one knee and asks: “Carla, will you marry me?”.

Carla, confused but touched, immediately nods.

The happy scene makes the audience believe that “Swarla” will finally turn a new page after so much pain. But in the midst of joy, the ghost of the past arises again. Kit Green – Lisa’s colleague – walks into Roy’s cafe and pulls Lisa aside to discuss. He mentions that Logan Radcliffe once revealed the name “Tia Wardley” related to Becky. This information was like a knife piercing Lisa’s heart, as memories of her late wife suddenly returned hauntingly.
