After Becky returns, Lisa Swain’s life turns into hell.

From a steadfast police officer, she gradually loses faith in the system she serves.

On a rainy night, Lisa sneaks into Costello’s office and finds a file labeled “Becky Swain – Witness Project: Closed.”

When she opens it, her heart almost stops: it has Costello’s own signature and a photo of Becky during an undercover investigation.

Lisa quickly takes a picture, but Costello catches her red-handed. The two face each other – Costello’s gaze is cold: “If you don’t want to lose everything, stop.”

The scene shifts to Lisa’s house, where Becky appears, slightly injured. She tells him that someone has been following her since returning to Weatherfield. Lisa begins to believe that Costello is trying to silence her, but cannot prove it. Amidst the fear, the two people who loved each other once again sat across from each other, their eyes lost between the past and the present.

Becky held Lisa’s hand: “If we don’t stand up, no one will know the truth.” Lisa looked at her, trembling but determined: “This time, I won’t let anyone disappear again.”

The audience then witnessed Lisa presenting evidence in court, while Becky stood in the back row – a symbol of survival and belief in justice, even though the road ahead was still unclear.
