Closing the series of dramas, the latest episode of Days of Our Lives made fans cry with the scene of Tate running to the airport in the rain to stop Holly from leaving Salem.

After learning the whole truth about Tesoro and Sophia’s lies, Tate realized that Holly was the only one who truly loved him.

He rushed out of the house, despite the pouring rain, running to the airport like a madman.

The scene was slow-motion, the wind was whistling in his ears, the sound of his heartbeat drowned out the background music.

At the departure gate, Holly stood with her suitcase, about to board the last flight. When the loudspeaker called her name, Tate appeared – soaked, panting, screaming: “Don’t go! I need you, Salem needs you!”

Holly stopped, turned around, tears mixing with the rain. “You lied, Tate. I can’t trust anyone anymore.” But Tate took her hand, placed it on his chest: “You don’t need to believe me. Just believe that my heart is still beating for you.”

The scene ends with the two hugging in the rain, the plane leaving in the distance. No one knows what the future holds – only that Salem, that night, was filled with the sound of crying mixed with the sound of rain.
