After Joe’s hospitalization, Emmerdale reaches a climax when Kim Tate decides to take action.

While Joe has not yet recovered, Kim spreads the news that he is “no longer capable of running the business”.

She holds a closed meeting with shareholders, and surprisingly, Dawn Fletcher is also invited.

In the next episode, the drama was pushed to its climax: Kim held a “congratulations party for the new manager”, while Dawn was lost in the crowd, torn by guilt. Suddenly, Joe appeared at the door of the hall, his face pale but his eyes full of anger. He walked straight to Kim and said: “Do you think you can take Home Farm away from me that easily?” The whole auditorium was silent. Kim sneered: “No, Joe.
