Salem has never been short of drama, but few expected this fight to come from the seemingly most stable couple – Abe Carver and Paulina Price.

The two have overcome many events, but now, when power comes between them, everything begins to crack.

According to spoilers, the argument broke out when Abe decided to support his son – Theo Carver – to join DiMera Enterprises.

Paulina strongly opposed, saying that the environment was too toxic and would “swallow” their son.

Abe, in a fit of anger, said: “My son doesn’t need anyone to protect him. He needs opportunity.” That statement deeply hurt Paulina.

A heavy atmosphere spread throughout the Carver household. Paulina began to doubt whether Abe was acting for his son or for his own ambition – because the Carver family’s position was weakening, and DiMera was the name that could help them rise. The argument quickly escalates into a heated confrontation: “You’re losing your child to save your ego,” Paulina yells, before leaving the house.

Theo then stands between the two, overwhelmed with guilt. He loves his father, but knows his mother is right. The scene shows Theo in tears, while Abe stands alone in the dark – a heartbreaking image for fans.

Leaked news: Paulina will seek out an old ally – Lani Price – to discuss a plan to “stop Abe”. A family war is looming, and with people who used to love each other now becoming rivals, Salem is sure to be shaken.
