Days Of Our Lives Spoiler: EJ DiMera Strikes Back – When the Disrespected Stand Up to Reclaim Honor in Salem
Among the most prejudiced people in Salem, none other than EJ DiMera – a powerful businessman, but always viewed with suspicion.
This week, EJ officially strikes back: he is no longer the “old villain”, but someone who wants to reclaim honor, even if it means confronting the whole of Salem.
At the city council meeting, EJ is questioned by Rafe Hernandez regarding the kidnapping case.
“You have a motive, you messed with the clinic project, and now someone is missing – I have to be suspicious.”

EJ calmly says: “Detective, I am not an angel. But if Salem falls because you don’t believe that people can change, that’s your fault, not mine.”
The climax of the film is when EJ meets Sami again. The two stand a few steps apart, in the dim yellow light. Sami says: “Do you still think you are the victim?” EJ looked straight at her: “No. I’m just tired of proving I’m not a demon anymore.” One sentence, enough to make the audience choke.

This week, EJ doesn’t fight, doesn’t harm anyone – he fights with faith. And even though Salem hasn’t forgiven, viewers are starting to feel sorry for the man trapped in his own past. Can EJ truly be respected, or will he be dragged back into the cycle of sin?
