If Gabi – Javi’s drama was the first spark, then Theo Carver and Jada Hunter’s date was the fire that made Salem burn.

Theo – a gentle person who rarely interferes in gossip – was suddenly caught having dinner with Jada, a policewoman who had been involved in many emotional troubles and professional secrets.

The scene of the two sitting together at a bar, with yellow lights and a slightly forced smile, became the highlight of the whole Salem.

But the most notable thing was not their date, but the way they looked at each other.

Jada tried to act comfortable but kept looking around as if afraid someone would see. Theo was more silent, as if he was hiding something. Viewers immediately asked: Is this a romantic date, or just a “transaction” disguised for some conspiracy?

Gabi – who is being attacked by Javi – accidentally sees Jada & Theo on a date. She stands behind the glass door, her eyes filled with suspicion. She wonders: “Why is Jada here? And why Theo?” As the two of them leave the bar, Gabi follows a few steps behind, and the spoiler reveals that she overhears a vague conversation: “Are you sure?” – “We’ve come this far.” This is enough to convince Gabi that this date is not harmless at all.

Theo’s source has leaked that he is being dragged into an undercover investigation and Jada may be involved. However, since Jada also has her own story, the two meeting each other can easily create misunderstandings. One prominent scene depicts Jada receiving a mysterious call: she listens for a few seconds and then immediately stands up, telling Theo: “Something happened. I have to go.” Theo stands still, looking after him with a thoughtful face.

After the date, Theo will have a scene where he confides in his Carver family members, saying that he “isn’t sure if he should continue or stop.” That makes the audience even more suspicious that this is not a simple romance. As for Jada, when she returns to the apartment, she opens the closet door and takes out a secret file. She looks at the picture of someone – maybe Gabi, maybe a new character – and smiles slightly: “It’s almost there.”

This date opens up countless questions: Is Jada on a mission? Is Theo being used? Or are they both aware and playing a role to approach a common goal? One thing is for sure: what they are pursuing will soon collide with the secret that Javi is unearthing.
