Rachel Black — the name that both scared and frustrated DOOL fans — took center stage this week as she was said to be “the one behind Sarah’s incident.”

After Sarah fainted at the hospital, Rachel was spotted loitering in the testing area right before her shift.

Many sources said that Rachel had arbitrarily changed the location of the medication, causing Sarah to take the wrong dose. But this has not been proven.

The scariest part: Rachel showed no remorse.

When Brady asked, “What did you do to Sarah?”, Rachel just smiled and replied with a chilling sentence:

“I didn’t do anything. But if she wasn’t here, things would be easier for everyone.”

Those words showed that Rachel had stepped one step further into “young villain” territory — scheming, cold, and knowing how to hit the opponent’s weak points.

Brady was in a panic. He was faced with two choices:

Protect Sarah

Or protect his daughter?

Both could be devastating.

Rachel didn’t stop there. She continued to watch Sarah as she recovered, standing in front of the hospital room, smiling mysteriously. In another scene, Rachel said to Tate:
“If you want to leave your mark, sometimes you have to clear the way.”

Salem knew all too well: when Rachel had her “target,” there was no limit she was afraid to cross.
