Days Of Our Lives Spoiler: DiMera Family Drama – Dinner Confrontation, Power Struggle, and a Horrifying Hospitalization
If anyone thought this week’s Salem drama was all about love, they were wrong.
Because the DiMeras have just dragged the entire town into a whirlwind of power, lies, and danger.
It all started with a seemingly reconciliation dinner. EJ DiMera hosted a formal dinner, inviting many important people – including Brady, Marlena, Gabi, and even Sophia via video call from Bayview.
No one understood what EJ wanted, but no one dared to refuse the DiMera invitation.

The dinner was tense as soon as it started: EJ looked at Brady meaningfully, Marlena tried to keep her composure, while Gabi sat still, swirling her wine glass. The atmosphere was heavy as lead.
And then the drama exploded.
EJ coldly threw an envelope on the table, saying clearly: “I know what Rachel did.” That statement made Brady stand up, Gabi looked at Martha as if to stop her, and Marlena’s face turned pale. Inside the envelope was a video from the camera – showing Rachel giving Sarah the pistachio ice cream.
The confrontation began: Brady defended her child, EJ attacked, Marlena was scared. But what shocked the audience the most was that the person who collapsed on the table was not any of them… but EJ himself. A sharp pain shot through EJ’s chest, causing him to clutch his chest and collapse. Screams echoed throughout the room. And the tragedy moved to the hospital.

Hospitalized in critical condition, EJ became the new center of attention. Who caused it? Who benefited? The DiMera family has always lived by fighting, so it was not too unbelievable that someone wanted to “deal with” EJ.
While EJ lay in a coma, the power struggle began. Kristen DiMera was present, her eyes sharp as knives. Gabi began calculating her moves. Brady worries about Sarah but is pulled back into the DiMera pit.
The final scene ends with the sound of the monitor in EJ’s hospital room, the heartbeat fading… and a mysterious figure standing at the hospital door, looking in. No one knows who it is, but the audience knows: Salem is about to have a power struggle even bigger than everything that has happened.
