This scene sent chills down the audience’s spine: that person stood motionless, watching Sarah enter the house.

It was unclear who it was – but the pose was too proactive, not just passing by.

The spoiler source said: he was directly involved in Sarah’s allergic reaction, and could have been the one who “touched” her food before the incident happened.

I added a little “spice”: the camera simulated the scene of him taking a small bottle from his pocket, placing it in the trash and walking away. As Sarah opens the door and walks in, he looks at her and says to himself,
“Next time… it won’t just be a warning.”
