Days Of Our Lives Spoiler: SARAH NEARLY DIES FROM AN ALLERGY, BRADY SAVES IT ON THE SITE – BUT XANDER RUINS THEIR NEW LOVE!
The equally dramatic story revolves around Sarah Horton, who suffers a severe anaphylactic shock at home.
Brady Black discovers her and takes her to the hospital—holding her hand all night, leading the audience to believe that Salem is about to have a new couple.
Sarah wakes up, gasping for air, thanking Brady in a shaky voice.
Brady gently says he just did what he had to:

“I won’t let anything happen to you again.”
A romantic moment… until Xander Kiriakis appears like a black storm. He walks into the hospital room and sees Brady holding Sarah’s hand. No greeting, no emotion, just a cold stare.
Xander said, “Looks like you found a place to play the hero, huh?”
Sarah was startled, Brady stood up to face Xander, and the room immediately became a battlefield. Xander wasn’t here to visit. He was here to warn. He knew about Sarah’s drug use, knew Brady was the one who showed up right after, and more importantly: Xander still had feelings—even if he never said so.
Climax: Xander pulled out his phone and showed Brady a video clip—of Brady carrying Sarah into an ambulance, looking panicked. Xander whispered, “Your feelings… will backfire very quickly in Salem.”

Sarah interrupted, telling them to stop. But Xander didn’t take his eyes off Brady as he said the chilling words, “She’s mine. And I won’t lose her again.”
After Xander left, Sarah burst into tears. Not because of Xander, but because she knew Brady had just been dragged into a drama he wasn’t prepared for. Brady still held her hand, gently:
“I’m not afraid of him.”
But the audience knew: confronting Xander was never a small matter.
Final scene: Xander walked down the hospital hallway, pulled out his phone and called a mysterious person:
“Change of plans. We have a new person in the mix.”
Salem was about to have a very tense three-way confrontation.
