EJ DiMera was the first to notice something unusual: the coffin lid was slightly askew, not touched by anyone in the family.

As soon as EJ entered with a wary gaze, viewers saw someone’s shadow pass by inside the crypt. No music, no warning – just a hair-raising camera pan.

The storm begins when Chad, usually the rational one, is the one who wants to expand the investigation. He finds a piece of paper lying near the foot of Stefano’s statue – handwritten, with the exact handwriting that was confirmed to be from… a dead member. The question immediately pops up: who is coming back from the past?

But the twist doesn’t stop there. EJ suspects Kristen, Chad suspects Clyde, and fans suspect… everyone. Some leaked footage shows Abigail – who is believed to be dead – appearing in a blurry frame, as if standing right behind a character but no one recognizes.
