If EJ’s drama is the darkness of the past, then Brady Black’s drama this week is the darkness of family love.

The Days of Our Lives preview shows Brady forced to make a heartbreaking decision: send Rachel — his most beloved child — to Bayview for psychological treatment.

But before the hospital door closed, Rachel held Brady’s hand and cried her eyes out, shaking her head in fear and despair: “Dad, don’t do this to me!” Brady looked at his child crying, making the audience’s hearts break with him.

But he still put his hand on her shoulder and said “I’m sorry” before leaving, leaving a broken look in his eyes behind the glass.

This scene is predicted to be one of the most painful scenes of the week.

But Brady’s pain has not yet cooled when Sophia DiMera — who was once the thorn that caused Rachel to fall into an unstable state — suddenly reappears. When Rachel saw Sophia, her first reaction was to scream and tremble. The audience felt both pity and anger: “What else does Sophia want?” Behind-the-scenes sources revealed that Sophia will have a “half-hearted apology” scene, but everyone knows she has never done anything without her own purpose. Sophia’s appearance only made Rachel’s situation more tense, and caused Brady to lose more sleep.

Meanwhile, Stephanie Johnson was in danger from another direction. At the hotel where she was staying, a strange man stood right at the door of her room, watching her every little move through the crack of the door. Stephanie did not know that someone was “marking” her. The scene was dark, only a tall figure, black coat, gloved hands — sending chills down fans’ spines. The preview described that “Stephanie will have to face someone she never expected.” It is highly likely that this is related to a new conspiracy, even an attack.
