Week 12/8 opens with a sense of unease creeping into every corner of Salem, and at the center of it all is the investigative duo Rafe and Jada.

At first, everything seems like a lovely date as Jada goes on a date with Theo to temporarily forget about work.

But in true Days Of Our Lives fashion, the evening is cut short by a mysterious incident that brings her back to her true role as a police officer.

A strange signal, an urgent call, or a report from the scene – whatever it is, it’s enough to make Jada know: Salem is about to face something much bigger than a romantic evening.

From here, the story takes a dark turn when Rafe and Jada officially start a new clue hunt, trying to piece together a series of disjointed events: mysterious disappearances, conflicting testimonies, seemingly “innocent” faces but suspicious behavior.

The DiMera family, as usual, is right in the eye of the storm. While Rafe and Jada begin their investigation, on the other side, the “DiMera captives” trapped in the cold crypt suddenly have a discovery that sends chills down the spines of viewers. What they find in the DiMera basement is not just bricks or cobwebs, but evidence that they are clearly not the first victims to be locked up here.
