Emmerdale Spoiler: Celia Strangles Emmerdale: “Ice Queen” Drives Kim Tate to the Brink of Christmas Collapse
In the world of soaps, every village always has a “landlord” who is hard to reach.
In Emmerdale, that name has been Kim Tate for many years – a woman who is both cruel and intelligent, always knows how to rise after every scandal.
But Christmas 2025, that order is being challenged by a new name: Celia Daniels. If Kim is a classic villain with a troubled past, still keeping a soft heart for her family, then Celia is a “Ice Queen” with almost no emotional weaknesses, entering the village with a clear agenda: control everything, from land, money to people.
From previous episodes, Celia has infiltrated every corner of Emmerdale through business relationships, investments and very delicious-sounding offers.

She goes to families in need, portraying a vision of a quick change in their lives, while also building the image of a “strong, self-made woman” to win the hearts of those around her. But behind that facade is a whole underground network: illegal deals, money from unknown sources, and a terrifying ability to manipulate the psychology of the vulnerable, especially teenagers.

Christmas is the time when Celia focuses her efforts. While everyone is busy decorating and preparing for the party, she quietly tightens the strings that have been strung all year. Some characters begin to realize that they are too deeply involved: owing money, signing ambiguous contracts, unknowingly becoming “legs” for Celia’s activities. At this time, Kim Tate – who is always sensitive to the smell of power – cannot help but realize that someone is encroaching on her territory. But the problem is that Kim is weak, and Celia knows it.
