While Eva is struggling with troubles at Rovers, in another corner of Weatherfield, another emotional battle is also gradually smoking.

Becky Swain – the woman who lost everything – is determined to win back Lisa Swain’s heart at all costs.

But Lisa is different now: she insists that she no longer has feelings for Becky, and is waiting for the return of Carla Connor – the one she is truly in love with.

Becky refuses to accept defeat.

She launches an “emotional attack” by appearing at Eva’s Halloween costume party, where Lisa and Carla are both present. In the dim light, Becky takes the microphone, singing the old wedding song – the love song that once made Lisa cry. When the familiar melody plays, Lisa is stunned. Carla stands behind, watching in disbelief. Becky stepped forward and said, “Even though everything has changed, my heart has never stopped loving you.” Lisa was confused by those words, and Carla was cold.

Not stopping there, Carla accidentally discovered a video clip that Lisa and Becky had filmed together for their daughter Betsy – in which the gaze between the two was clearly no longer innocent. Carla left the party without saying a word. Lisa chased after her, but Becky stood in her way, whispering, “She might misunderstand, but you understand me, right?” The words were like a knife piercing Lisa’s heart.

This love triangle was waiting to explode. Becky was reckless, Lisa was torn, and Carla was a slow-burner – silent but would fight back. Once Carla reacted, everything would surely fall apart. Under the yellow lights of the Rovers, Becky could kiss Lisa – or just make a small gesture – enough to make the whole room freeze. Lisa knows she’s caught between two strong women, and either choice could cost her everything.
