Amidst countless personal dramas, Coronation Street Christmas 2025 also plays big with the atmosphere of “the village gathering at Rovers Return” – the classic Corrie style that many longtime fans always want to see again.

Now, the Driscolls are in charge of the legendary Weatherfield pub, bringing with them a whole cast of new and old characters, with all kinds of secrets and conflicts ready to explode under the fairy lights.

The Driscolls – with the presence of faces like Eva, and family members with ambiguous pasts – are pushed to the center position. They are not only the owners, but almost become the “secret keepers” of the whole Street.

The unfinished sentences, the evasive eyes, the arguments that are stopped halfway when a customer walks in… all evoke the feeling that something from a long time ago is gradually being brought to the surface. The series conveniently uses flashbacks, suggesting years that have never been told, making Rovers no longer a normal pub but a place where memories and guilt come back to life.
