It all started with Brady suspecting that Xander is not really as changed as he appears.

He sees that Xander is still hiding something and could harm Sarah. But what Brady doesn’t know is that Sarah is wavering — she still loves Xander, but also feels warm when she is with Brady. It’s this ambiguous feeling that drives Xander crazy.

The climax takes place in the emergency room: Xander walks in, snarling: “Who do you think you are to interfere in our business?” Brady stood up, not avoiding eye contact, and replied simply: “He doesn’t want to see Sarah hurt anymore.” Xander’s eyes darkened, and the two almost collided if Sarah hadn’t held their hands back.

But the real danger wasn’t Xander or Brady — it was Rachel. She began to believe that Sarah’s mother “was abandoning her for Brady,” and her jealousy pushed Rachel into deviant behavior. In the accompanying spoiler, Rachel also tried to dig up Sarah’s old files, trying to prove that her mother “didn’t deserve a good man.” A leaked fanpage also revealed that Rachel might “take risks” just to separate Brady from Sarah.

What heated up the drama was Sarah’s emotional breakthrough: she began to understand that she needed to be loved properly. But who? Brady — who was trustworthy but made Rachel rebel? Or Xander — who loved her so much that she easily lost her mind?
