What seemed like a routine health checkup turns into a shocking result from Dr. Sarah Horton, leaving both Chanel and the audience stunned.

She stands still for a few seconds upon hearing, “Congratulations, you’re going to be a mother.”

Chanel’s eyes gleam with a mixture of fear and disbelief, for this was completely unexpected.

She had only just settled down, and her relationship with Johnny DiMera was still in a challenging phase. “If it’s Johnny’s child, will everything be alright?” – that question repeats itself in her head like a sad melody.
