Salem is in turmoil again as the two DiMera brothers – EJ and Chad – officially confront each other in a ruthless battle.

It was thought that after many events, the two would work together to restore the family, but it turns out that everything was just an illusion.

The internal meeting of DiMera Enterprises opened with a tense atmosphere.

EJ coldly presented the new plan for the company, but Chad immediately objected.

“You are turning the family company into a personal tool,” Chad said, his voice choked but firm. EJ smiled faintly: “You have never understood what power is.” The sentence made the whole room silent.

The climax comes when Chad accidentally discovers documents showing that EJ had manipulated the company’s finances to cover up his past actions – even involving the death of a loyal employee. Chad questions, EJ half-admits: “I don’t understand, everything I did was to protect this name.” Chad screams: “Protect or destroy?”

The final scene leaves a strong impression: Chad throws the DiMera ring on the floor, turns away and walks away, EJ just watches, eyes blazing. The DiMera war has officially begun, and this time, no one is innocent.
