While above ground Susan is screaming after catching EJ with Cat, underground is a much more terrifying scenario: the most powerful DiMera are rounded up and thrown straight into their crypt.

Tony, Kristen, Chad and Theo disappear from the familiar scene one by one, waking up in the cold stone space, the musty smell of the crypt, thick walls and the feeling of being watched.

No one remembers the moment of being defeated, only knowing that when they opened their eyes, the door was locked, there was no way out, and the list of enemies was so long that they didn’t know who to suspect first.

The DiMera crypt has never been a good place.

The secrets, corpses, and family curses that once haunted this place are now reactivated when the descendants of the DiMera family are turned into prisoners. Tony, with his high survival instinct, switched on observation mode, Kristen kept her face cold, but her eyes couldn’t hide the tension, Chad tried to calm Theo so that he wouldn’t panic. Each person reacted differently, but the common point was that they all had to accept a hard truth: someone had dared to risk attacking the most powerful center of Salem.

The biggest question hanging in the crypt’s stuffy air: was this an attack from an outsider, or another DiMera? This family was known for internal strife and betrayal, so the thought that the person locked up could share the same last name made everyone in the group no longer completely trust. A moment when Kristen looked at Chad, a half-joking, half-serious remark from Tony, a tense movement from Theo – all could be read as suspicious signals when people were locked together in a state of mind as tense as a string.
