If the previous two songs were a warm-up, the upcoming episode will be the biggest bang of the season.

Maggie Kiriakis – the woman who seemed to be just behind the scenes – has taken action.

After quietly gathering evidence, Maggie officially confronts Xander in a scene considered the “peak acting” of Days Of Our Lives this year.

Opening scene: Xander is sitting in the office, when Maggie walks in, holding a USB drive.

She says slowly: “You think I don’t know? I’ve heard enough.” When Xander plays the file, his voice is heard on the recording: “Philip deserves to die… but I didn’t mean to do it.” Xander’s face pales. He knows, it’s all over.

Meanwhile, Marlena and Sarah are also present at the Kiriakis house – and the scene turns into a family war. Sarah burst into tears, saying: “I believe you, Xander, but you made a fool of me.” Marlena just looked on silently, and Maggie ended with a sentence that made fans goosebumps: “I lost my husband to liars… I will not lose my daughter.”

Xander tried to defend himself, but all his excuses were meaningless. The web of lies he had woven for months collapsed in just a few minutes. At the last second, he left the house, his eyes red, his mouth whispering: “Salem has no place for me.” The door closed, leaving three women – three generations – standing looking at each other in silence.

Immediately after, a preview was shown: Xander left Salem in an old car, looking through the rearview mirror to see Marlena and Maggie standing on the porch. The dialogue rang out: “The truth always wins, even when it comes late.” This line was considered the declaration of the whole season.

The audience unanimously commented: “No need for a plot twist, just a few words from Maggie are enough to shake Salem.” And that’s right – when Mother Kiriakis stands up, no one in town is safe.
