One of the most shocking moments for Days of Our Lives fans this week was when Marlena Evans suddenly collapsed in the middle of the living room. No warning.

No symptoms before. Just a gasp and then she collapsed to the floor.

EJ DiMera – who was there – completely lost his normal demeanor.

He rushed to pick up Marlena, called an ambulance, and trembled like he had never seen him like that before.

But the suspicious point lies in EJ’s attitude before and after the ambulance took Marlena away. He looked around the room like someone who was afraid of being… followed.
