Sentencing her father to ground her, Rachel Black refuses to sit still. In the new episode, she officially joins hands with Thomas DiMera – who is known as a “manipulator” despite his young age.

When Rachel says: “If my father wants to lock me up, I will turn this house into his prison,” Thomas just smiles and replies: “I have a way to help you get free.”

From there, the two children enter a dangerous game.

Thomas leads Rachel to the old office of the Kiriakis family – where he says “there are some things that adults don’t want us to see.”

Rachel curiously opens the cabinet and discovers a thick, sealed envelope. When she asks: “What is this?”, Thomas coldly says: “It’s power.”

At the same time, Brady begins to receive anonymous messages: “Don’t trust your daughter.” Someone is trying to push father and daughter further apart. Viewers speculate that Thomas set the trap, making Brady believe Rachel was hiding her guilt, when she just wanted to prove herself.

The ending scene was chilling: Rachel sneaks out of the house at night, her phone lights up with a message from Thomas – “Are you ready?”. In the darkness, she replies: “Ready to break everything.” Salem is about to be shaken by this “little alliance” – and the consequences may not stop at a few pranks.
