This year’s Christmas in Salem was anything but peaceful.

Brady Black’s house, once filled with laughter, was now a scene of tension, anger, and words that left everyone speechless.

In the December 25th episode, Rachel Black – once a symbol of hope – experienced two of the biggest shocks of her life.

First, there was a brief moment of joy: Marlena Evans appeared with a surprise gift – announcing that Kristen DiMera had returned safely after days of being missing.

Rachel burst into tears in her father’s arms, seemingly relieved that all her suffering was over. But just minutes later, the real storm began. Brady, instead of rejoicing, exploded in rage. He confronted Kristen right in front of his daughter: “How many more times do you have to lie to me?”

The heartbreaking scene of Rachel standing between the two people closest to her – an angry father, a desperate mother – left Salem speechless. Kristen tried to explain that she only wanted to protect Rachel from “this cruel world,” but Brady wouldn’t listen. He repeated Kristen’s series of mistakes – from the kidnapping to the psychological manipulation – making the atmosphere so tense it felt like it was about to explode.

In a breathtaking scene, Rachel screams, “I just want everyone to stop arguing!” and runs away in tears. Kristen tries to chase after her, but Brady stops her, coldly saying, “You’ve lost her, Kristen.” That statement echoed like a funeral bell on Christmas Eve, heralding the coldest holiday season Salem had ever witnessed.
