Rachel is in a state where even the slightest trigger is enough to make her say something she shouldn’t.

Tate is placed in the most difficult position: caught in the middle. Between protecting Rachel and telling Brady the truth. Between keeping the secret to avoid hurting anyone and preventing something reckless from happening. In Days, being in the middle is the position most prone to misunderstandings. And misunderstandings in Salem are rarely small. They often lead to hasty decisions, ill-timed confrontations, and cracks that are not easily mended.

To put it more dramatically: if Rachel, in her panic, mentions a detail related to the tomb, a sound, a symbol, or a phrase her mother once said… it’s enough to send Brady chills down his spine. At that moment, Brady will have to choose: stay and calm his daughter or rush to find Kristen immediately. And each choice has its own price. Salem has never spared those who are both father and daughter at the same time.
