The finale of this week’s spoiler series is the secret war between the three most powerful women in Salem: Marlena – Kayla – Belle. And their target is: EJ DiMera.

After discovering a series of errors due to budget cuts, Kayla is the first to stand up and collect evidence.

Belle uses her legal knowledge to check the contracts and discovers: EJ may have violated regulations by arbitrarily cutting the lab staff.

Marlena, after the classic confrontation before, decides to form an “alliance” to protect the hospital.

The three of them gather in a closed conference room, spread out the files on the table, and Marlena says something that makes Salem shudder:
“Not because I almost died. But because if we don’t stop EJ, the next one could be anyone.”

Meanwhile, EJ begins to feel the pressure. He calls an emergency meeting, trying to prove his innocence. But when Belle puts the red-stamped file on the table and Kayla asks,

“How do you explain the delay in test results on the same days you laid off staff?”

EJ has no answer.

The tide is turning in Marlena’s favor.

If they take this to the board, EJ risks losing his administrative rights, or even facing further investigation.

At the end of the episode, EJ stands alone in the hospital hallway, his hands clasped around the file, his face dark. And his final words in that scene give everyone goosebumps:

“If they want to fight… I’ll show them how the DiMera fight.”

Salem has officially entered the stage of great war.
