This week’s Salem opens with a scene that makes viewers sitting in front of the TV want to stop their hearts: Sarah Horton collapses over just… a scoop of ice cream.

It sounds absurd, but with Days of Our Lives, every little thing can turn into a tragedy.

Sarah was having a peaceful afternoon with Brady and Rachel.

No one expected that simple meeting to turn into a race for life.

When Rachel brought Sarah a piece of pistachio ice cream, Sarah thought it was a cute snack. But just a few minutes later, she started having difficulty breathing, her face turned blue, and she had seizures – a truly terrifying scene. She had a severe allergic reaction that could have killed her.

Brady was truly shocked when he saw that scene. He carried Sarah straight to the hospital, his hands shaking, calling repeatedly: “Sarah, don’t leave me…” The emergency room door closed in front of Brady, and he could only stand against the wall, covering his face in fear.

At this point, the drama really began. The doctor informed him that Sarah was allergic to pistachio – something she never ate. So why did the ice cream have pistachio in it? Did Rachel know? Or did someone do it on purpose?

When Brady turned to Rachel, the scene turned into a real climax. Rachel didn’t cry, didn’t panic like a child who accidentally caused trouble – but stood still, her eyes slightly cold, as if she was hiding something. Brady asked for the third time, then Rachel broke down: “I just want Sarah to stay away from Dad!” The truth revealed left Brady stunned.
