And this week’s spotlight is on Sami Brady – the woman who never appears without bringing trouble.

As soon as she entered the gala at The Horton Free Clinic, Sami made the whole audience hold her breath.

No bright evening gown, no polite smile, she just coldly appeared with a steely gaze – directed straight at EJ DiMera.

When EJ stepped forward to say hello, Sami said sternly: “You think I came back to talk? I came back to finish.”

In one particularly dramatic scene, Sami suddenly throws a file onto the table in the middle of the hall, papers flying everywhere, and she shouts, “This is the real reason you’re hosting this gala – not to honor Horton, but to launder money!” The crowd is stunned, and EJ stands there dumbfounded. Then, in those few seconds of silence, Lucas bursts out, “Is he really different, Sami?” – and she just half-smiles, “I thought so.”
