The seemingly normal hospital encounter turned into a fateful moment, when Sarah bluntly exposed the secret that EJ tried to hide.

At the beginning of the episode, EJ was still in the hospital after the mysterious accident.

When the door to the room opened, Sarah walked in in a white blouse, her gaze cold as steel.

No longer the weak girl who once believed in sweet words, Sarah now came to reclaim her trust. “You think I don’t know?” – she whispered, placing the file on the table – “How long have you been hiding that, EJ?”
EJ tried to stay calm, his eyes darting around, but the audience could clearly feel it: his perfect mask was cracking.

In this episode, rumors say that Sarah discovered that EJ was the one who intervened in the transfer of patient “Sophia” – the girl who was mysteriously missing. He hid the fact that Sophia was sent to Bayview – Salem’s notorious psychiatric center. But why did EJ do that? Was it to hide his own mistake, or to protect someone else?
