Salem is shaken by the shocking confession of Sophia Choi – a seemingly gentle woman who turns out to be at the center of a months-long deception.

In the new episode, Sophia finally admits to Melinda Trask that baby Tesoro is not Tate Black’s child as she once claimed.

The scene of Sophia tearfully crying in the interrogation room leaves the audience breathless: “I know he’s not the father… but I’m afraid of losing him.”

Melinda – with a cold gaze – shows no sympathy.

She records the entire testimony, her voice steady: “Do you understand that this confession will destroy Tate’s life?” Sophia just stays silent, her hands clenched, like someone who has gone too far to turn back.
The news spreads quickly throughout Salem. Tate – the young man who once dreamed of having his own small family – is almost devastated. When his best friend Aaron Greene accidentally appears on the DNA suspect list, things get even more chaotic.

At the Brady Pub, Tate and Aaron confront each other. Tate snarls: “You know something, right? Don’t tell me you were with her.” The atmosphere is suffocating. Aaron tries to calm down, but his wavering eyes say it all. “I don’t know… but if it’s true, I’ll take responsibility,” he replies.
