After being threatened to reveal the truth that Tate is not the father of the baby, she falls into a state of panic.

Her shady actions over the past time are gradually exposed.

In the new episode, Marlena Evans — Salem’s famous psychiatrist — begins to investigate.

She notices an unusual change in Sophia’s testimony and decides to secretly monitor her. During a therapy session, Marlena asks: “Sophia, do you feel guilty for keeping such a big secret?” Sophia pales, trying to avoid: “I just want everyone to be happy.” Marlena looks straight: “You’re fooling yourself.”

When Sophia left the office, Marlena turned on the recorder and found a small memory card in her pocket – inside was a video of Cat and EJ DiMera discussing information manipulation to control Chad. This clip was the piece that made everything explode.

Meanwhile, Tate met with Brady – his father – to ask for the truth. Brady just sighed: “Dad said, there is no such thing as randomness in Salem. You are in love with someone who can destroy this city.” Tate was stunned, suspecting that Brady knew more than he said.

That night, Sophia was called to Cat’s house. The atmosphere was tense and stifling. Cat looked at her, his voice cold as steel: “I heard you have the memory card.” Sophia swallowed: “If I give it to you, will you keep quiet?” Cat smiled: “No, but at least you will live.”

As Sophia left, a strange car followed. The final scene left viewers “frozen”: Sophia had just reached the intersection when the headlights hit her – the car rushed forward, the screen went black, the sound of the brakes screeched – the mysterious accident happened.

Marlena received the news in the night, sighed softly: “Salem lost another soul to the secret.” But before the episode ended, her phone rang – an anonymous text message appeared: “Sophia is not dead… and she is not the only one with that recording.”

The audience exploded. Who still had the copy of the clip? EJ or Jennifer? Or did Tate get it back from Sophia before everything happened? Salem was once again covered in smoke — where no one knew who was friend and who was enemy.
