Days Of Our Lives Spoiler: Tate & Holly Launch ‘Memory Project’ – and Horton Family Past Turns Into a Nightmare
Tate Black and Holly Jonas set out to do a school project celebrating the Horton family’s 60th anniversary – seemingly easy, but unexpectedly it opened up a chain of memories that shook Salem.
The young couple innocently picked up a camera and began interviewing each Horton member to create the documentary “Horton Legacy”.
But the deeper they delved, the more they realized: no memory is safe.
Marie Horton burst into tears as she recounted the years Tom Horton hid his illness to continue saving people.

Julie Williams whispered: “There are things Tom did that not everyone agrees with.” When the recording started, the studio lights flickered, Tate and Holly looked at each other, realizing they had just touched something that adults always avoided.
The audience watching this scene felt like they were pulled back to Salem’s golden age – between beautiful memories were chilling cracks. Tate discovers some unpublished letters from the old archives: evidence that someone in the Horton family had concealed a medical scandal to protect their reputation.

Holly panics: “If we publish it, the whole family will collapse!” Tate replies dryly: “If we don’t, we’re lying.” The dialogue alone is enough to send chills down the viewer’s spine.
As the episode ends, the frame freezes on the still-red-lit camera – a symbol of the truth being turned back on. The memory project becomes a bomb about to explode, and Tate – Holly – accidentally becomes the one holding the fuse.
