Emmerdale Spoiler: Caleb hides secrets, Ruby questions – April and Dylan fall for Ray
Next week’s Emmerdale opens with the secrets barely settling before a new storm hits.
Caleb Miligan accepts a shady “favor” and sneaks off, seemingly unnoticed.
But everything is exposed when Ruby catches him in the middle of the night and immediately questions him.
Ruby is not easy to keep quiet, and once she senses something is wrong, Caleb certainly can’t hide it for long.
The question is: is Caleb protecting someone, or is he covering up a dangerous plot himself?
Meanwhile, April and Dylan become the next victims of Ray – who is slowly revealing himself as the “underground boss” of the Dales. Ray initially approaches with a friendly demeanor, promising to help, but step by step he leads April down a dangerous path. As the family debt piles up, a desperate April agrees to try a “small job” that Ray has arranged. At the car park, he trains her in the trade, even letting her see a guy being beaten up to warn her of the consequences if she fails. April, shaken but still completing the first task, officially receives a “burned sim” phone – becoming Ray’s delivery man.
Dylan, on the other hand, is also being lured in without knowing it. While Paddy happily thinks Dylan really wants to learn to drive and promises to teach him, Dylan secretly accepts Ray’s gifts. April and Dylan’s fragile happiness when sitting together in the pub is actually just an illusion, because now both have fallen into Ray’s trap. The Emmerdale audience will surely shudder when seeing the two innocent young characters gradually pushed into a dark abyss with no way out.
