Things start to intertwine in unexpected ways.

Kev has a gun, Bear is missing, April has been tricked – and it all comes crashing down on the fateful night ahead.

Robert and Aaron flee from Kev, seeking refuge in the abandoned house – which just so happens to be where Bear was once imprisoned.

As they enter, a voice rings out: “Help me!” – it’s Bear, exhausted, tied up, but alive.

At the same time, from behind, April appears, shaking, eyes red: “I don’t know how to escape.”

It’s a bombshell: four people in the same space, and Kev appears at the door, still holding a gun. A crazy twist: it turns out Kev was behind everything – from luring Robert, capturing Bear, to forcing April and the others to do illegal work.

That night, the whole village heard gunshots. Who fell is still unknown. But one thing is for sure: Emmerdale will never be the same.
