The quiet village of Emmerdale is known for its laid-back vibe, friendship and family love – but that will all be a thing of the past when a triple “unlikely” tragedy looms.

The story begins when Aaron Dingle finds himself pulled into another world – in a deserted holiday home outside the village, Aaron is forced to drink alcohol containing a strange substance, becomes unconscious and loses control of his actions.

From there, a chain of events leads to the first death: a close friend, discovering Aaron unconscious, tries to call for help but… too late. That death sets off a storm – with the whole village watching.

Soon after, while the villagers were still in shock, the second death came: in the backyard of her familiar pub, Charity Dingle discovered a threatening message – apparently from someone she once trusted – and while trying to escape the pursuit of the mysterious man, she was seriously injured and finally breathed her last. Charity’s death shocked everyone – because everyone knew of the disputes between her and countless people before, but this time it seemed like an invisible hand was controlling everything.

And then the third death – the “drop” that everyone predicted but no one expected the timing: a long-standing, influential figure in the village was found dead in his car – the initial cause was suffocation, but it was full of questions. The scene showed the car parked by the lake, the door ajar, the night rain quietly falling… That was when Emmerdale woke up: it was no longer just a “personal conflict” but a “giant conspiracy”.
