The seemingly peaceful village of Emmerdale is about to explode when the feud between Kev Townsend and Aaron Dingle officially breaks out.

The two men, who used to be friends and work together on shady deals, have now become sworn enemies.

And in the new episode, the audience will witness a confrontation that is likened to a “battle for survival” between two lost souls of the Dales.

The tension begins when Aaron discovers that Kev has betrayed him, leaking information to the police about the smuggling operation they both participated in.

Aaron thought he was still in control, but Kev was one step ahead. The haunting scene shows Kev looking straight into Aaron’s eyes, smiling coldly: “I warned you not to fight me.”

According to the trailer, the audience will see Aaron embark on a mad run through the woods at night, chased by Kev in the rain. There is a scene where he falls, blood flowing down his face, but still gets up – as a symbol of someone who has made mistakes and now has to fight to survive.

The producers revealed: “This is not only a physical battle but also an internal battle – Aaron is forced to face his own self.”
The audience on social media has been buzzing, calling Kev “the scariest new villain since Meena Jutla”. One person commented: “Kev looks gentle but has a very twisted mentality, just like the poisonous snake Emmerdale is.”

And the biggest question is: Who will survive this confrontation? Emmerdale has never been afraid to kill the main character, so the possibility of someone “flying away” is very high.
