After all the tragedies, Dales is no longer a peaceful village.

Each character carries a wound – Liam with cancer, Chas with a broken heart, John with a heavy guilt, Cain with a desire for revenge.

An iconic scene closes the series: they all appear together at the village festival, where the lights are sparkling and the music is playing.
