Emmerdale Spoiler: Mandy Dingle is caught between love and secrets – an investigation that puts her in mortal danger
Mandy Dingle (Lisa Riley) – the strong and vibrant heart of Emmerdale – is now faced with a secret that will cost her happiness.
When Bear Wolf suddenly disappears, Paddy panics, Chas tries to keep his cool, and Mandy – who has witnessed too many tragedies – decides to find answers herself.
The new episode opens with Mandy in an old shed, flashlight in hand, sweating as she discovers a metal box with the name “Bear W” engraved on it.
Inside is an old photo and a USB containing a short video: Bear is talking to a strange man.

The last sentence in the video leaves Mandy speechless: “If I don’t come back, don’t look for me.”
But you know, Mandy “don’t look for me” is something that will never happen. She decides to dig deeper into the investigation, following the trail of the person in the video – and the further she goes, the more she discovers that she is being followed. One night, when Mandy returns home, the door is ajar, someone has rummaged through her belongings. She screams, runs in, and finds a note on the table: “Don’t interfere with Bear if you want to live.”

Lisa Riley once revealed to the press that she had to film the “most intense confrontation scene of her career.” Perhaps that was when Mandy was confronted by the person who knew the truth – someone who had done business with Bear many years ago. The two sides struggled, a gunshot rang out, and the scene cut right when Mandy fell – leaving the audience with a heart-stopping feeling.
