Emmerdale Spoiler: Three shocking counterattacks: Mary – Moira – Kim drag Celia to the edge in Emmerdale

While one group is busy escaping, another storyline is burning in the opposite direction: those who stay behind decide not to bow down anymore.

Spoilers reveal that Emmerdale will launch “three shocking counterattacks” against Celia, triggered by three seemingly different names: Mary, Moira and Kim Tate.

Each has their own reasons for hating Celia, each follows a different path, but the destination is the same: to pull the “ice queen” from her throne and make her pay.

Mary, after gathering enough suspicions, may be the one to ignite.

She begins to collect soft evidence: inconsistent accounts, details Celia tries to cover up, Bear’s mysterious absence, and even unusual signs around Rhona. If Bear leaves any clues about his captivity – an item, a text, a missed call – Mary is the easiest person to spot. She might also be the first to knock on the police’s door, forcing them to look at Emmerdale not as a single incident, but as a whole network of crime to investigate.

Moira fights in a very Moiraian way: direct but not foolishly reckless. Having had a troubled past and not always been a “good guy”, Moira knows how the shady networks work, which is an advantage when she is determined to take down Celia. Moira will likely work with the authorities or with an “outside the village” figure capable of investigating finances, tracking the movement of goods, intercepting some of Celia’s important shipments. Combining her knowledge of the countryside with her tenacity, Moira is the one who can turn deserted roads, warehouses, and barns into traps for the underworld.

And Kim Tate? Despite her physical and reputational damage, Kim has never been the type to sit idly by and let others walk all over her. When she realizes Celia is more than just a business rival, but a mortal threat to her family and Home Farm, Kim will almost certainly strike back. She can use the law when necessary—digging through files, contracts, and financial records to find weaknesses—but she’s also willing to play dirty when the situation demands it. Infiltrating Celia’s inner circle, luring skeptical or bored underlings into cooperating with her, is a very Kim move.
